Your union contract negotiating teams are currently at the table with the hospital negotiating all three contracts. This week the Tech II and Service & Support bargaining teams met with the MHP negotiators on Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday your Tech II bargaining team met for a productive day of work on several counter proposals to MHP including promotional raises language, credited experience to elevate step increases, and vacation/PTO usage and scheduling. The following day, your Service & Support team was able to reach yet another tentative agreement on contract language – this time on Job Postings/Vacancies and are closing in on agreement on Absenteeism. S&S are making great progress on a weekly basis and continue to get closer to entering the “economic” portion of negotiations.
Again, NOW is the time to email Gary Allore and Robin Belcourt to DEMAND they let your union representation onto the hospital campus and IMMEDIATELY begin bargaining in good faith!
